Got a question? Check below for answers to common questions. If you don't find the answer you need, please send us a Support request and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

Q: I am a returning player, can I use my old username?

A: Yes, you can. If you played the 2006 Logitech Football Challenge you can use your same username as long as your email address is the same one you used last year. You should have received an email inviting you to play the game using your old username. Simply follow the link in the email and complete the registration process. If you didn't receive that email or have changed email addresses you will have to re-register with a new username.

Q: I registered but I can't seem to log in and make my picks?

A: After you register, you should receive an email confirming your registration. To complete your registration, you must click on the URL in that email and then you should have full access to the 2007 Logitech Football Challenge site to make picks, check standings, personalize your jersey and more.

Q: How is my score calculated?

A: Each winning pick is worth 1 point. Points accumulate weekly. Bonus points are possible if you use the Confidence Rating System for the Monday Night Games. Using the Confidence Rating Scale, you can assign a Confidence Level between 1 and 10 to each pick. Win and that number is added to your score. Lose and it's subtracted. Caution: negative scores are possible.

Q: Why is my score a negative number?

A: Bonus points are possible. Our Confidence Rating System for the Monday Night Games raises the stakes of the game and makes both sky-high and valley-low scores possible. Let's look at how it works:

  • Feeling lucky? If you feel confident about your pick, you can select a number between 1 and 10 on the Confidence Rating Scale. Say you have a Confidence Level of 4. If you pick the winner, you get 1 point for your pick, plus a 4 point Confidence Bonus for a weekly total of 5 points.
  • Caution. If you choose a losing team, you lose 4 points from your cumulative weekly total. Yes, negative scores are possible! (NOTE: In the case of a tie, game points are not added or subtracted.)
  • Playing it Safe. Of course, if you want to play it safe, you can set your Confidence Level at 0, which means you aren't eligible for bonus points or liable for penalties.
